Environmental Pledge

Einstein Bath Company makes an effort to use packaging and materials that can be recycled.


Einstein Bath Company is located in Abingdon Maryland.  We do not have a retail store location.  All transactions are conducted through our site and we ship all of our orders to our customers.

Fulfillment Hours and Turnaround

Our business is located in Abingdon Maryland.   We do not ship on the weekends or during holidays. Our fulfillment center is not open to walk-in customers. The total shipping time for your order is our turnaround time PLUS the time in transit.  USPS Postal Service normally takes 2 to 3 transit days but may take up to 10 days to reach you. Please note, Ground can be either USPS, UPS or FedEx at our discretion and is not a guaranteed service. Damaged or Missing Orders

We are always happy to help replace or refund your missing or damaged items within 30 days of purchase.  If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of items, box and the labels and have this information ready when emailing us. Please contact us as soon as possible.  If you choose to have a replacement sent to you, we will ship it to the original shipping address.

If a package is sent out to an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs.

Please check your order after receiving it and if there is anything missing email us right away. Please provide the order number, the items missing and the name on the circle label on the outside of the box.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because of our dedication to fast turnaround times, cancellations, as well as additions and changes to orders can only be changed before they reach fulfillment. If we are unable to alter your order, we will gladly assist you in placing a new separate order for the additional items. The easiest way to make changes to your order is to email linda@einsteinbathcompany.com.   Please include your order number, your phone number and the full details of the change you wish to make.

Placing Orders

Bulk or Large orders

Please contact us to arrange for bulk or large orders.  We will gladly work to accommodate your needs.

Tax Exempt

If you live in the State of Maryland, you will be charged Maryland State Sales Taxes for your order.  If you live outside of the State of Maryland Einstein Bath Company will not charge you sales tax. Please note: your order must be shipped from Einstein Bath Company to a state other than Maryland to be automatically tax-exempt.

Out of Stock Items

While we strive to keep all of our products in stock, we do occasionally run out of items.  If you place an order and an item goes out of stock while your order is in fulfillment you will get an email notification.  Your options will be outlined in the email.  You may choose to have the remainder of the order shipped and then the backordered item shipped at a later date.  You may also choose to have the backordered item swapped out for something else. 

Payment methods

We accept credit card payments through the PayPal gateway. You may check out without having a Paypal account (this option is at the very bottom of the payment form).  We do not accept personal checks or money orders.  Paying by E-Check through PayPal takes additional days to clear than standard PayPal payments. We will hold your order until the payment has cleared.

Credit Cards

If your card is declined, often it is due to an incorrect address or security code. We take our customer’s security very seriously and for that reason we require the exact billing address and security codes for all of our credit card transactions. It is also for security reasons that we do not have access to your full credit card number.  If you have trouble making a purchase in the cart please contact us at linda@einsteinbathcompany.com.  We do not recommend emailing credit card information – as email is not a secure form of communication. Please note that our transit and turnaround times begin after we have received valid payment, not at the time the order was placed.

Product Testing

All of our products have been tested on both adults and children.  We pride ourselves in each of our products and the quality of our ingredients.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at linda@einsteinbathcompany.com


As with all new products always try it on a small area of your skin first to see if any allergic reactions or breakouts occur.  If you have any problems, discontinue use immediately.  *All of our products are for external use only.

If you are pregnant, please contact your physician before using any of our products – especially the ones containing essential oils.


We do not use preservatives in our products – and we don’t need to.  So as long as you follow directions on how to care for your products, you should not have any problems.  We are not responsible for damages, injury, or illness due to misuse of our products.  If any mold or bacteria grow on your product we are not responsible.  This is why it is VERY important for you to follow proper storage and care of your products.  All products should be stored in a cool, dry place and used within the appropriate amount of time as indicated for each product.  If you have a question, please ask.


Since all of our products are handmade, we can’t duplicate the exact coloration each time.  Climate changes also affect color and texture of some products.  So although we follow the same procedure and formula each time a product is made, products may look different than what is shown in pictures.  *Note:  all products containing colorants could potentially stain light colored wash clothes.  It is best to test a small area first or use a dark colored wash cloth.

Product Weight

Since each of our products is handcrafted in small batches there may be some variation in weight.  Although we try to stay as close as possible the weights of some products may vary slightly.

Product Claims and Evaluations

We cannot guarantee actual results of any of our products as everyone’s DNA is different.  None of our products have been FDA approved.  These handmade products use all natural ingredients as noted in the ingredients listing under each product sold.  Product claims and descriptions are based on research (by outside parties, internet research, etc.) on all of our ingredients in our products.  If you have questions about a product, please ask before purchasing.  We are NOT physicians and can only offer suggestions based on our own experience and education.  We make no medical claims and provide you with information on what the product is generally known for.


Bath Bombs, Shower Bombs, Lotion Bars, Scrubs and other products with high oil concentration react to everybody’s skin differently.  Some products contain high volumes of body butters and oils and you or your tub may be slippery when done.  To prevent a fall, please make sure you are careful climbing in and out of the tub after each use.  You may notice a ring around the tub line when done.  Wipe immediately with soap and a damp cloth after each use.
